Pilot Dashboard


Trip Offers

There are two types of Trip Offers:

1. A trip notification from an operator that has added your certificate number to their approved pilot list.

2. A trip request from an operator that is searching the preFlite Network and your your day rate, location, experience and credentials match the trip criteria.

Operators posting trips will not see any of your information until you accept a trip.

If any trip requests are modified after publishing, then you will receive an email notification and see the update badge when you navigate back to the pilot dashboard.

Pending
If you accept a trip, it will move under the Pending tab until the operator makes a pilot selection or cancels the trip. You will be notified by email if you are awarded a trip or not selected. Awarded trips will move to the Awarded tab. If you’re not selected, the trip will disappear.

Awarded
Trips listed under this tab are confirmed trips. You should contact the operator as soon as possible after a trip award. You can contact the operator from the detail view of the trip.
